Overlee members,
I hope you will join us for our July General Membership Meeting on Thursday, July 18th at 7:00pm in the Overlee Clubhouse, when new Board members will be elected and information about what’s been going on and what’s upcoming will be presented.
Please take the time to vote for Directors as instructed in this newsletter. Your vote shows your support to those members who volunteer endless hours to make Overlee the premier community association and pool in the area.

Board of Directors Elections

- Members vote to elect Directors to the Board.
- For 2024, there are 6 candidates running for 5 open seats.
- Voting for Directors is by ballot only.
- The ballots will be counted during the meeting and results will be announced prior to adjournment.

Voting Procedures:
- One ballot per household. All ballots MUST be signed by an adult member of the member household.
- Completed ballots may be submitted in any of the following ways BUT NOT ELECTRONICALLY.
Ballots can be:
- Mailed to: Overlee Nominating Committee, P.O. Box 5346, Arlington, VA 22205;
OR - Dropped off in the box at the front desk;
OR - Brought to the membership meeting.
