Membership Renewals due on Friday, March 1, 2024

Renewals for an active membership for the 2024 season are due this Friday, March 1, 2024.  Gold Passes and Inactive Member fees may be paid later.   However, if you had an active membership in summer 2023 and are planning to purchase either an inactive or a gold pass membership, please let us know at [email protected] so that we can offer your active membership spot to a family on the wait list.

To renew your membership, go to Overlee.org and click on “log in” at the top right of the home page.  If you forgot your user name or password, they can be retrieved on the Member Login page.  After logging in, click on the “pay now” and select your membership option. Scroll down to complete your purchase.  Membership payments may be made by check or credit card.  An additional 3.0% processing fee applies only to credit card purchases.

A note about  non-family members:  1) All persons living with a member full-time and year-round are eligible to be included in the membership.  This includes au pairs.  2) Passes for summer house guests and part-time child-care providers can be purchased through the member’s on-line account.  3)  Single-visit and 10-visit guest passes can be purchased through the member’s on-line account. Single-visit guest passes can also be purchased at the front desk at the pool.  These passes require the guest to be accompanied by a member who must sign in at the front desk.

If you want to be listed in the online directory, scroll down to the member directory button on the left side of your profile page.  The directory will include the names of all Adult members, email addresses, and phone numbers (if listed in the profiles).   You can opt in or out of the directory at any time. To access the on-line directory, click on the Member Directory tab in the blue bar at the top of your profile page.

Direct any questions or changes regarding your membership to [email protected].  Please visit the Overlee website overlee.org for information about pool hours and updates about all pool activities.  We look forward to another great year at Overlee and hope that you have a GREAT summer!

Thank you.
